Podcast Brand Identity for Clinician Leaders: Leadership Rounds with Dr. Reena Pande

The challenge

There is a growing need for spaces where clinician executives can talk honestly about leadership, career paths, and the realities of operating at the intersection of clinical care and business. Leadership Rounds was created to meet that need: a podcast focused on clinician executive journeys, hosted by Dr. Reena Pande, a practicing cardiologist and Partner at Oxeon.

The podcast needed a clear identity that would:

  • Feel credible and polished enough for C-suite healthcare executives

  • Still feel human, useful and approachable for clinicians exploring leadership beyond traditional practice

  • Sit comfortably alongside Oxeon’s brand while standing on its own as a focused space for clinician leadership stories

Our role

Hello Helio was engaged to develop the complete brand identity for Leadership Rounds, visual, verbal, and audio, so the show would feel cohesive, distinctive, and credible from day one

Episodes are available on all major podcast platforms and featured on Oxeon’s website, giving the show both discoverability and a clear home within Oxeon’s ecosystem.

What we created

Visual identity

We designed a custom logo and visual system that balances professionalism with warmth:

  • A clean, modern wordmark that feels appropriate for C-suite leaders

  • A visual language that draws from Oxeon’s palette and sensibility while giving Leadership Rounds its own presence

  • Layouts and design elements that work across cover art, social graphics and other promo formats

The result is a visual identity that signals credibility and substance without feeling stiff or overly corporate.

Verbal identity

We defined the verbal brand for Leadership Rounds, including:

  • Name and tagline

  • Positioning

  • Core message and tone

This gives the show a clear promise to its audience: real stories and practical insights for people who are already in, or moving toward, clinician-executive roles.

Audio branding

We chose a simple, recognizable sonic identity as the signature music track, balancing energy with professionalism so the sound matches the conversations: serious enough for executives, inviting enough for clinicians.

The promise is simple: real stories and actionable advice from clinician executives who have already made the leap.

Impact

The new brand identity positions Leadership Rounds as essential listening for clinician executive leadership, and gives Dr. Pande a platform that feels aligned with Oxeon while clearly her own.

Since launch, the show has featured high-calibre guests including Chief Medical Officers and senior leaders from organizations such as Maven Clinic, Omada Health, Verily, OncoHealth, Aetna, Humana, and CVS Health.

The professional, cohesive brand makes it easier to attract that level of guest and signals to listeners that the show takes both the clinical and executive sides seriously.
